What we collect and why
Enquiry details. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), business type and message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide the free marketing review you've requested. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you've made) and, where we go on to work together, contract.

We don't sell or rent your details. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider, and our website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; both act as processors on our behalf. We only share information where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@shineonlinemarketing.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
